Aerobics Exercise

Aerobic exercise is basically a type of physical exercise in order to give overall fitness, including muscular strength, flexibility and health of their heart. The growth of this particular exercise, called aerobic, was awarded to Dr. Kenneth Cooper and Col. Pauline Potts.
Intrigued by people with excellent muscular strength that performs poorly in simple physical businesses such as walking, jogging, swimming or bicycling, Dr. Cooper started measuring the capacity of individuals to use oxygen in the execution these physical activities.
Later, a book that provides the techniques that became the basis of modern aerobics programs was released today.
Aerobic exercise
In a real sense, "aerobic" means "with oxygen" and is the use of oxygen in the production of energy produced by the muscles. Aerobic exercise is any type of exercise performed moderate levels of intensity for a period of time in which oxygen is used to "burn" the fat and sugar.
As a way for fat to burn completely along the year, you need oxygen. The moderation required in an aerobic exercise enables the muscle cells to be infinitely supplied with sufficient oxygen.
Examples of aerobic activity include long-distance running at moderate speed (short sprinting is not an aerobic work out). You play tennis only considered an aerobic exercise because the action is almost non-stop. Golf and doubles tennis, however, are not considered aerobic activities because of their regular breaks.
Aerobics
Aerobics is the general term used for exercises that combine several factors - aerobic exercise, stretching and strength training - with the main objective of increasing own fitness (flexibility, adapting the heart, and muscle strength ).
Aerobics these days has become something that is done with various routines that include some similar dance moves. Also, aerobics classes are divided into different levels of intensity and complexity. Gyms and exercise centers offer a wide variety of aerobics classes for everyone, that are conducted by certified instructors.
Anaerobic work
Anaerobic ("without oxygen") exercise is the opposite of aerobic ("with oxygen") exercise. Both words, aerobic and anaerobic, refer to energy courses that are used during a physical exercise. An anaerobic exercise usually refers to the initial phase of the exercise, or any short burst of intense exertion, where the glycogen or sugar is consumed without oxygen.
These exercises are characterized by increased rates or harder. Anaerobic works to burn more calories requiring oxygen more calls can not be obtained in sufficient quantities for cells to burn fat.
In the energetic anaerobic exercises like sprinting or weight lifting, we develop an "oxygen debt" for the system. The muscles will turn to exhaust mainly carbohydrates (up 95 percent), a fuel that burns quickly and does not require oxygen.
The anaerobic exercise leads to an increase in metabolic rate of the body, which in turn, burns fat even if all the work used to transport to the reserve of carbohydrates in the body.
Aerobics can actually help strengthen the muscle groups of the body and in your heart, tone your system and help increase the general circulation.
