How to Lose Love Handles With Smart Aerobic Exercise

If you want to know how to lose love handles, you only need to practice an intelligent combination of diet, portion control, exercise and aerobic exercise for toning results. The only reason you have love handles now is that, at some point in the past, we regularly eat more calories than your body can use. Thus, your body will store those extra calories in fat cells for future use. Guess what? The future is now!


So to get rid of your love handles, you need to (aerobic exercise) Cardiovascular. This exercise gets you breathing deeply and your heart pumping. The good news is that you do not have to kill you. Want to exert enough force so that you can still talk, but not sing.


Good aerobic exercises are brisk walking, jogging, biking, steppers, elliptical, and the best exercise fat burning everything, jump rope. Did you know that if you weigh 150 pounds, you can burn about 700 calories an hour jump rope? Unbelievable. And if you weigh more than that, you burn more calories than that.


Now, some of us can jump rope for an hour. And I would not recommend it if you are in poor condition, have previous conditions, including health and back problems or knee. But if you're already exercising regularly and has no health problems, then you can try the jump roping.


To lose significant fat fast, that's what love handles are made, then you have to do 45 minutes to 1 hour at least five days a week. The good news is that you should do your 45 minutes to 1 hour at a time. In fact, I recommend that you break it into two sessions if you can. Do 20-30 minutes in the morning and 20-30 minutes in the evening.


So fire your furnace fat twice during the day instead of one. Furthermore, additional help to get rid of love handles, then include more movement to your day in general.  Park farther away when you go to the store so you can walk a little further. Do not go for a Sunday drive. Back and burn as I was in the Indy 500!


-Use the stairs instead of the elevator. If you are in a high building and can not climb all the way, then just - go down a few floors early and walk the rest
