Exercise, Health and Fitness - The Joint Venture



                      


A few days and a few days! Of course, we all feel that way sometimes and experience days when we hardly have time seems to stop breathing exercise alone! On the other hand maybe you hate exercise just like me. 

 What you should remember is that exercise, health and fitness are all connected and 10 minutes drive simple daily combined with proper nutrition is a sure way to ensure the overall fitness.

There are some very simple exercises you can do on a daily basis, which are listed below. Just think of the exercise routine as something you have to do every day like brushing your teeth or take a shower and be done with it, it will soon become a habit.


- thrust hip: give your hams, calves, buttocks and lower back of a workout. Lie on your back with knees bent, feet and head on the floor. Push your hips toward the ceiling until it is in line with your shoulders, hips and knees; then return to the starting position. 25-50 repetitions are good to start with and you can gradually build up to 100.



-Press or Squat: give your glutes, quadriceps and upper body a workout. Depending on your level of fitness to hold a pair of dumbbells in hands in the position of the shoulder. Squat keeping your hips back and the weight on the heels; Now push up the power of his legs by pushing the weight up. Lower your weapons.


- chest: the shoulders formation, chest and triceps. Place the feet and the palms on the floor in an overturned position; falling into push-up position, roll in laying looking up, then reverse. Return to start and repeat.



                          



Doing these exercises should not take more than 10 minutes, warm up for the day.

 Swimming, horseback riding, water aerobics, walking, hiking, dancing and similar activities are examples of aerobic exercise; You can choose what you want to do, or is it easier for you to do. The main thing is to take some form of exercise to enjoy the benefits of good health and fitness.
