Fitness is a necessity for a healthy life and maintain a slim body. However, many people have trouble finding the time to exercise or just do not like exercise. So how can you get the most benefit from exercise if you do not like it? You have the possibility of creating, of course!

Exercise does not mean doing 50 sit-ups or run five miles every other day. You can keep your body healthy and lean with any type of exercise, as long as you do! Just remember two things - getting your heart rate and use the resistance!

Heartbeat - All we have heard about the benefits of aerobic exercise. But many people still have the impression of women in tights and leggings in an aerobics class. These are not the only meaning of aerobic exercise! The definition of aerobic dictionary.com is: 1. requiring the presence of air or free oxygen for life. 2. belonging to or caused by the presence of oxygen.

So basically aerobic means "with oxygen". So when you do aerobic exercise, it is to improve the functioning of your organs of oxygen system. His heart and lungs are learning to work more efficiently and your metabolism. Consequently, you burn more fat, heart and lungs will be healthier and your metabolism function properly.

You should not make the traditional aerobic exercise to increase your heart rate. Find something you enjoy doing. Take a brisk walk or dance around the house your favorite music. Even household chores can be aerobic! Have you ever felt out of breath after cleaning of the tank or the mop? If you get your heart rate to these activities that you are getting a little aerobic exercise.

Probably one of the best ways to increase your heart rate around the house is to work in the garden. Pulling weeds and work the land are great ways to break a sweat and increase your heart rate. When mowing, use a push mower and turn the auto power off. You will be amazed at the workout you get!

Resistance - Resistance means to exercise the muscles must work. Weight lifting is a form of resistance exercise. By doing resistance exercises force muscles to work harder. This helps increase muscle mass and muscle mass is important for two reasons. First, muscles burn calories at a higher rate than fat. So when you have lean muscle actually burns calories while resting! Also, muscles helps strengthen bones and may help prevent diseases such as osteoporosis.

You can build muscle using traditional methods of weight training and using resistance bands. Or you can get creative and find a way to build muscle all day doing ordinary things. For example, a great way to build strong abdominal muscles is to use a shovel and dig a hole in the side of his body and throw earth on the other side of your body. Put the soil in the hole to work on the other side.

The rotational movement with the extra weight of the soil allows working the abs very well. Men who eat coal in steam locomotive boilers were well developed and has not been abs! He writhed and lifting you made for your work!

Take a minute every day to do push-ups standing against a wall. Facing the wall to put your feet apart and about two feet from the wall. Then plant your hands on the wall and let it slowly toward the wall. This is a great way to work the upper body and help you get strong enough to do pushups really!

If you think about it, there are several ways you can include exercise in your daily routine. Even if you do not like exercise, you can find a way to make it work for you. Just think creatively!
