The Major Types of Exercises and Their Functions



                          


Exercise is very important if you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The work outside regular hours with a balanced diet is essential to your health and wellbeing. Inactivity can lead to various diseases and disorders that can be fatal as well! Therefore, it is always best to exercise and stay fit.

One of the main reasons why more and more people are interested in getting exercise is the threat of obesity. Being over weight not only makes you look fat and old, but also pave the way for a host of diseases such as heart failure, diabetes, arthritis and so on. Aerobic Exercise: Exercise This segment focuses on improving blood circulation and oxygen supply in the body. It is commonly known as cardiovascular diseases. This is often seen as the best way to lose weight. It works on a defined set of muscles for a prolonged period of time. 


 Cycling, dancing, running, sports all fall under the category of aerobic exercise. If you have a personal trainer, it will be able to guide you through this section, that is, to be able to tell how long it takes to move on aerobic training, which exercises to do here and so are right now.

Anaerobic Exercise: This type of exercise is to the muscles. If you want a toned muscular body, anaerobic exercise is what you need. Typical anaerobic exercises include push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, rowing, etc. This requires less time than aerobic exercise and can be a good addition.


Flexibility Exercise: This is what you do before and after states. Flexibility exercises, as its name keeps your muscles supple and flexible joints. This can also be effective in relieving joint pain to a considerable extent.


All three types of exercises should be in a suitable training program.
