Some Basic Step Aerobic Exercises

Due to its many advantages, aerobics gradually gaining popularity among people today. They are easier to make and have proven very effective in improving physical fitness. Thesis can be done anywhere and by anyone.

You do not need a coach or special equipment, all you need is a good pair of shoes and a raised platform about 4-12 inches, depending on the difficulty level. So follow the simple form to better aerobic thesis.


Basic Left

 
Start by putting your right foot on the step, and then put his left foot. Step back with your right foot on the ground followed by his left foot. You can increase the speed and at the same time making sure that your heels are on the surface.

V step


This is similar to the base, but in this exercise when you step on the platform, you move away from the center. Start with the right foot; place the right foot farther from the center, followed by his left foot making a step in the opposite direction. Now bring your right foot in front of the scene on the ground followed by his left foot.

Knee lift


Walk on the right foot and lift your left knee up or you can do the opposite.


Alternating knee lifts


You can walk on the right foot and raise the left knee and place your left foot on the floor followed by the right foot and step with your left knee and raise your right foot. This way you can lift both knees alternately.


Secondary elevators


Step on the right foot and raise the left leg to the side. Your muscles will not be much more tender and just feel a little tension in the leg. Then put the left leg on the floor, followed by his right foot and repeat.


Alternating lateral lifts


This is similar to the side view. Step on the right foot and raise the left leg, replace the left, I followed in his right foot. Now step with the left foot and lift your right leg to the side, refit and step the left foot down and repeat. So you can do side lifts alternately.


It can lead to the deepening of all training by a foot, you feel comfortable; right or left.
