Exercise - A Must For Everyone


                        
                          


Exercise is an activity that provides benefits in terms of health and fitness, making the body to physical effort and increases the amount of oxygen getting to the muscles, improving cardiovascular health. Most people want to exercise to lose weight or to keep fit, but there are other reasons that the strengthening of muscles, practicing different athletic skills, optimization of the cardiovascular system, the pleasure of socializing or for some random reason.  



The exercises can be light, like walking, or can be moderate, such as brisk walking, cycling and many other and finally, exercise can be kind vigorous like running, training and other weight heavy.

Although each exercise is an exercise, exercises are also divided into three basic categories that are aerobic, anaerobic and agility training. Aerobic means "with oxygen using" improves the body's oxygen consumption. 



These aerobic exercises like swimming, running, cycling, walking and many more that increase the level of our metabolism. It are many visible benefits of aerobic exercise, such as strengthening and toning the muscles, improves circulation, lowers blood pressure, reduce the pain of migraine, increased stamina and much more.

The next category is anaerobic exercise that is used to enhance the power, strength and muscle. Anaerobic means without air and exercises included in these categories are short, fast and intensive. Weight training, quick jump, isometrics are some examples of anaerobic exercises. Muscle fatigue can be known due to the formation of lactic acid in these types of exercises. 



 They are more suitable for building strength and muscle mass. These exercises help to lose weight because muscle burns more calories than other tissues in the body that allows you to get rid of fat, even at rest. Anaerobic exercises help the athlete become stronger, control body weight and experience of the growth of muscle mass. After a few workouts, the athlete can support a greater accumulation of lactic acid and can kill rapidly.


                      



The last category is agility training that aims to maintain balance and control during exercise. Position, coordination, balance and the ability to change the position and speed are bought by people who play certain sports training and practice widely agility. Agility training in sports such as football, hockey, badminton, basketball, tennis, volleyball, rugby and others is needed.


Yoga originated in India is another form of exercise that is beneficial to physical and mental health. Yoga exercises use the combination of meditation and breathing exercises to unify the body, mind and spirit, with the advantages to improve balance, flexibility, posture and muscle strength.


You have to be motivated enough to start exercising because most people have the same excuse that they lack the time. If you are busy, then you can add simple exercises to your daily routine like walking from the bus stop, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, the vigorous cleaning and much more.



 To stay active throughout the day is essential to add at least 30 minutes of exercise into your busy routine. When you start exercising, start with your own comfortable pace and above all begin to enjoy it. 


 Try to make changes in your exercise routine in terms of pace, altered exercises to get more profit and ultimately become a part of your lifestyle. Adding physical activity can bring more benefits to your health than diet alone.
